AIKI-DO

The Video is from Czech Republic Aikido group

Aikido is a modern martial art that was developed by its founder, Morihei Ueshiba (1883-1969), through his mastery of the profound secrets of traditional Japanese martial arts and further rigorous training, from "Jutsu," the art of fighting opponents, to "dou" -"Michi," the way of spiritual cultivation.

Aikido techniques include throwing, holding (immobilizing), and joint techniques, all of which have one thing in common: to subdue the opponent without killing or injuring him. This is the reason why Aikido is called the martial art of "harmony".

Aikido does not involve matches. This is because the spirit of Aikido does not include the idea of "defeating the opponent." If we had matches, we would say, "I want to win without fail. "I want to beat my opponent." Aikido is about cultivating the mind.

Aikido is a martial art that places the cultivation of the mind as its primary requirement. Through daily physical and mental training, you will develop a healthy mind and body, and a strong mind that is unmoved by anything.

Aikido is a martial art that can be practiced throughout one's life by anyone, including the elderly, women, and children, and has a growing number of enthusiasts in the would. Currently, about 70% of population from140 countries love Aikido.
